Add to a blender or cup suitable for an immersion blender:
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup of hot liquid (water, tea, coffee)
1 TBS Gentle sweet (if needed, bump up sweetness with stevia)
1 TBS coconut oil
1 tsp butter
1-2 raw eggs*
1/8 tsp glucomannan
1/2 tsp vanilla
Shake or two of mineral salt
1/2-1 scoop protein powder**

Optional: add more flavourings like caramel or peppermint extract or a drop of your favourite essential oil (peppermint, yum!).

* Do not be afraid of the egg! It gets tempered in the hot liquid and makes this drink silky smooth and frothy.

** Be prepared to blend IMMEDIATELY after adding the protein powder! (Protein powder can curdle if it sits too long on hot liquid). So have the blender ready and lid, to quickly blend or the immersion blender plugged in and ready.
